What Happened

On August 17, 2025, an alarming shooting took place at YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav’s home in Sector 57, Gurugram.


Around 5:30–6:00 a.m., three masked men on a motorcycle fired more than 25 bullets at his house.


The ground and first floors were badly damaged – doors, windows, balconies, and ceilings were hit.


Luckily, Elvish was not home, and his family members and caretaker inside the house were safe.

Who Claimed Responsibility?

Soon after the firing, a message on social media appeared from the Bhau Gang, linked to gangster Himanshu Bhau (based in Portugal) and his associates Neeraj Faridpuria and Bhau Ritoliya.


They claimed Elvish was targeted for promoting illegal betting apps.


The warning said: “Others doing the same could face threats or bullets.”


Police Action

Gurugram Police began an investigation—collecting forensic samples, checking CCTV footage, and confirming Elvish had got no threats earlier.


Elvish later reassured fans:


“My family and I are safe. Thank you for your concern.”
